All of the PackRight Carriers are made from waterproof Hydrotuff material and are constructed with special features to keep water out. The Waterpfoor Liner provides you with an extra level of confidence if rain is in the forecast. It is constructed of nylon tafetta (the same material as most umbrellas) with sealed seams for complete water protection. Measuring in at 45” L x 37” W x 18” H, the liner is designed to fit the Classic Car Top Carrier like a glove but will work well with any of the PackRight carriers. Just place the liner inside the carrier, load your gear, and pull the liner’s drawstring closure.

Use a PackRight Car Top Carrier even WITHOUT a luggage rack!

The PackRight Car Clip Straps attach to any available ledge on the door frame of your vehicle. On most vehicles, the best ledge can be found under the weather molding around the door frame. You can also find a metal ledge, go over the weather molding, or clip to rain gutters on the top of the door frame. Any ledge that will fit into the 5/8” W opening of the “J-hook” will work. Once the straps are tightened over the carrier, the hooks pull into place and the vehicle door closes over the hooks/straps.

The Car Clip Strap Set comes standard with the Sport Jr. Car Top Carrier, but can be purchased as an accessory to attach any of our car top carriers to your vehicle. Each set is comprised of (2) straps, 1" W and over 10' L with an 800 lb breaking capacity. The straps are fashioned from a high quality nylon webbing (not polypropylene) and are treated with a waterproof coating. The Car Clip Strap Set has been a safe and reliable strapping method used by our customers for many years.

Keeps your Car Top Carrier in its place!

The PackRight Non-Skid Roof Protection Pad is designed to keep your Car Top Carrier from moving on the top of your vehicle. It also protects your vehicle’s roof from damage caused by any pointy-edged objects inside the carrier. Measuring in at 36” L x 36” W, the pad is sized for use with all PackRight Car Top Carriers. The pad should be positioned underneath the carrier to prevent it from flapping in the wind. The Non-Skid Roof Protection Pad is recommended when using Car Top Carriers on vehicles without roof racks.

The PackRight Security Cable Lock will help ensure that your cargo bag stays on your vehicle. Don't let anyone grab your gear during one of your pit stops. The lock is made with a 35" retractable steel cable that adjusts to the exact length that you require. The cable closes into a combination lock with 3 tumblers that you set to your choice of numbers. Run the cable through the side handles, plastic d-rings, zipper pulls, and luggage rack to secure your carrier to the vehicle. The Security Cable Lock has no keys to lose and a lightweight plastic housing that won’t damage the roof of your vehicle.

The StrapRight Strap Set comes standard with all PackRight Car Top Carriers except the Sport Jr. Each set is comprised of (4) straps, 1" W and over 10' L, with an 800 lb breaking capacity. The straps are fashioned from high quality nylon webbing (not polypropylene) and are treated with a waterproof coating to prevent water from wicking through the material (comes in handy when using the straps through the inside of your vehicle). Use the straps to replace old car top carrier straps, to tie down other items to your vehicle, to secure drawers when moving an item of furniture, or anything else you can imagine.
